How do you give yourself a manicure?

I normally just buff (if I cba) my nails and the paint them.


How do you do a proper manicure?


Any tips/hints would be great :]

Cut ur cuticles (make sure u know how) A massage to both your hands and feet, leaves your feet looking relaxed and fresh, and apply a really good lotion to the feet and hands.
